A large old-style hotel in a good location. The rooms are large, but they are pretty basic. The water bottle was reused and refilled. The hotel is fine for a short stay.

This hotel is in need of a make-over/renovation. Might also be a good opportunity to reconsider the design choices made - taste can be debated but this is clearly too much. Our room was large and mostly clean but there was a cigarette smell in the room (and throughout much of the rest of the complex). Amenities in the room are also otherwise limited for a 4* hotel without fridge, TV not working properly. There was also no soap or any other toiletries except a shower cap (the one item nobody needs) and no a/c, which made it difficult to sleep as open windows are tricky at a major road.

⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔ One of the worst hotels is that they do not answer the phone, and after waiting a whole day to solve my problem of changing the date, the response was unfriendly. They did not provide any assistance. Rather, the response was to cancel the reservation, lose my money, and book again. This is a hotel that does not care about its customers, where is the respect? I strongly do not recommend this hotel Just changing the date is not a difficult issue, why did I have to suffer a lot of contacts and as a result I lost my money ⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔

The place is in the middle of the center. It's really nice to loo at as well. The rooms are fine. The reception was better and more professional in the morning. The buffet was delicious.

The hotel is in a great location and this is the best part. The receptionist team need some work on thier manners and customer service. They treat customers like cattle, you could think this hotel is managed by Ryanair as the customer is wrong and do as I say. The rooms have no air conditioning, no fridge, no hairdryer, no toiletries and very little sound proofing. The on suite shower had a grubby old shower curtain. The breakfast is not worth paying for @ €15 per person specially due to the location as there are plenty of other offerings with better quality at a better prices. I would give this a hotel a top rating of 3 stars at the most.

Very Bad I don't advise any human to get in contact with the personal and Management. They have no respect for anyone. Not polite and not helpful at all, and they do not care for customer satisfaction. Will not accept any changes or requests the customers need. Any problem faces the customer, they refuse to listen and even when writing emails or asking any requests through booking, they do not respond at all. The front office is the worst experience ever a normal human will face, as they are not available all the time and when they are , they are totally incompetent and helpless. I honestly wish i never found them on booking and reserve in that worst hotel ever . Please , advise to everyone one try to avoid this place.

This hotel is very tidy, clean and luxurious and it is near the train station, you only need to walk 5 minutes to reach there from the train station. The breakfast it presents is very good . The room size is good too. The bath, the toilet and other facilities are very good. I highly recommend visiting this hotel due to the good prices and the good services. Finally, I recommend you make your reservation with an online application to save money.
